A family favorite, this Creamy Chicken Ravioli is so quick and easy! I pressure cook the chicken for 10 minutes then cube and sauté in avocado oil. Tonight I added onions, broth, Alfredo (one day I am gonna make my own), white wine vinegar and sriracha. Frozen peas go in at the last minute so they don’t get too mushy. And until I get brave enough to start making my own pasta, I buy the cheese ravioli in a bag. The cook in 4-5 minutes. I fold them into the sauce and serve with a sprinkle of fresh
